Fermented Cacao Beans

Fermented and dried, our cacao beans are from a single estate and certified organic.  To support local farmers, we also blend and ferment single origin (South Cotabato) beans grown locally.

Our tablea is legendary and a favorite of the traditional tablea enthusiasts. It comes in different versions:  100% pure, sweetened with coco sugar, Easy Melt (instant tablea).  Always a popular 'pasalubong' choice.

We make tree-to-bar dark chocolates from beans grown in our farm and neighboring farms, carefully fermented, dried and roasted using our own protocol.  We have  60/70/80 % dark chocolates, spicy, sweetened with cane or coconut sugar.  Our delectable cacao nibs coated in coconut sugar are perfect on yoghurt, ice cream, cereals, cake toppings or straight up snacks.

Our cacao tea is made from husks of export-grade organic cacao beans that were fermented using our own protocol and carefully roasted to a standard process.  Just cacao husks, no other ingredients.

Our jams and jellies are filled with only goodness from nature, no preservatives and no artificial flavors/colors are added.  Sweetened with either cane or coco sugar.

Unsweetened or sweetened (with coco nectar), our fruit purees and concentrates are bursting with flavor.  We dare you to compare with any other.

Cold-pressed from organic coconuts.  Pure as pure can be.

Chilis, black pepper, turmeric, coconut vinegar.  Unadulterated and as authentic as they come.
